Returns and refunds

Everything I sell is handmade, and I check each item before it leaves the studio. If something arrives faulty, I will put it right.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, email help@handmadebyalex.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If I agree the item is faulty, I will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the original postage. Please wait for my confirmation before sending anything back.

Custom and personalised items

Items made to order, personalised or engraved cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

Shipping

I currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
