Learn to mark and cut a pattern, saddle stitch the pieces together, and attach the handles - leaving with a finished tote bag by the end of the day.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking, contact us as soon as possible on me@alexsullivan.co.uk. More than 24 hours before your session: full refund, or reschedule free of charge. 12–24 hours before your session: 50% refund; rescheduling is free. Less than 12 hours before your session, or a no-show: no refund and no reschedule - the full amount is retained. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. This policy applies per person booked, whether you're booking individually or as part of a group. If Handmade By Alex needs to cancel or reschedule your session - for example due to illness or unforeseen circumstances - we'll offer you a full refund or a free reschedule to a date that suits you. As these are leisure sessions provided on a specific date, they're exempt from the standard 14-day online cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - this policy is what applies instead. We understand things come up. If you're dealing with a genuine emergency, get in touch - this policy exists to protect the workshop from lost bookings, not to be inflexible when something serious happens.
