Service Description
Covers the same core leather working techniques as the full-day workshops - cutting, marking, saddle stitching, beveling and burnishing - over four 1.5-hour sessions, booked individually at your own pace, over a weekly or monthly basis. Can be purchased as a gift. Individual session bookings to be arranged directly.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking, contact us as soon as possible on me@alexsullivan.co.uk. More than 24 hours before your session: full refund, or reschedule free of charge. 12–24 hours before your session: 50% refund; rescheduling is free. Less than 12 hours before your session, or a no-show: no refund and no reschedule - the full amount is retained. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. This policy applies per person booked, whether you're booking individually or as part of a group. If Handmade By Alex needs to cancel or reschedule your session - for example due to illness or unforeseen circumstances - we'll offer you a full refund or a free reschedule to a date that suits you. As these are leisure sessions provided on a specific date, they're exempt from the standard 14-day online cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - this policy is what applies instead. We understand things come up. If you're dealing with a genuine emergency, get in touch - this policy exists to protect the workshop from lost bookings, not to be inflexible when something serious happens.
